Returns Policy
At The Last Bite, we take pride in the quality of our products and ensure all books are thoroughly checked and dispatched in perfect condition. However, if you need to return an item, please carefully review our policy below:
If the seal on the book has been broken, the item is considered opened and used. In such cases, the customer loses the right to return the product. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our copyrighted content.
2. Returns Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Any return requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Customer Responsibility
The cost of returning any item is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees under any circumstances.
4. Photographic Evidence Required
Before posting your return, you must email us a clear photograph of the book to the_lastbite@outlook.com. This helps us verify the condition of the item before it is returned.
5. Condition Upon Return
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition — free from marks, creases, or signs of wear — and must be in resalable condition. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item does not meet these standards.
6. Packaging & Shipping
All items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Returns must be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with full compensation cover. You must also email us with the tracking number and proof of postage once the item has been dispatched.
7. Damages During Return
We are not liable for any damage that occurs during the return process. If the item is damaged in transit, a refund will not be issued.
8. Refund Process
A refund will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the book is received in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund for the item (excluding original shipping fees).
